The coach of Real Madrid, Rafael Benitez was quick to reassure the fans of the club via football picks for the status of Cristiano Ronaldo. He assured that the attacker has a slight back pain, but is not a serious problem and Ronaldo will be ready for the start of the season in La Liga. CR7 remained outside of the group for Audi Cup, then he was not taken for today`s friendly match against Valerenga in Oslo.
"Cristiano has a small problem and is under the supervision of the medical staff. He will be ready early next week and will be available for the match against Sporting Gijon on August 23," said Benitez.
Injured are Pepe and Karim Benzema, while Fabio Coentrao and Sergio Ramos are like Ronaldo with minor pains, but nothing serious.
